The Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will begin its fall 2021 drive-thru dinners by preparing and providing a meal on Thursday, Sept. 23.
Meals will be available from 5-6 p.m. at 404 N. El Paso Ave. in Russellville. Cost will be $15 per meal (tax included). Cash, check, debit card and credit card will be accepted forms of payment.
The dinners are staffed by ATU students in the advanced food preparation and guest services classes.
The menu for Sept. 23 will include a choice of boudin balls or house garden salad for a starter; a choice of crawfish etouffee or creamy Cajun chicken for an entree; and either beignets or pecan pie for dessert.
