PRHA Dinner Series Continues Thursday

The sixth installment of the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration fall 2014 dinner series at Williamson Hall Dining Room is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 23. Reserved seating times are available from 6-7 p.m. Members of the Arkansas Tech campus community and residents of the surrounding area are invited to attend. Cost for the Oct. 23 meal will be $19.95 per person (plus tax). All gratuities are invested in the Walters-Williams Scholarship. Below is the menu for the Thursday, Oct. 23, dinner at Williamson Hall: Appetizer Grilled Eggplant Rolls (Grilled Eggplant Slices Rolled and stuffed with Feta Cheese; Topped with a Spicy Herb Tomato Sauce) Soup Avgolemono (Chicken Rice Soup Seasoned with Lemon) Or Salad House Salad (Iceberg and Romaine Lettuce Topped with Cherry Tomatoes, Carrot Slivers, Red Onion; Served with Choice of Dressing) Entrée Lamb Chops (Grilled Bone-in Lamb Chops Topped with a Pinot Noir Berry Reduction Sauce and Served with Feta Cheese Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables) Or Greek Chicken (Pan-Seared Chicken Breast Marinated in Fresh Herbs and Olive Oil; Served with Couscous Salad, Grilled Asparagus, and a Lemon Herb Sauce) Dessert Baklava Sundae (Layered Phyllo with Crushed Walnuts and Honey Syrup; Served with a Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream Drizzled in a Chocolate Sauce)
