Students and the Russellville community have until 5 p.m. today to pre-register for the Pre-Med Club’s “Change the World, One Step at a Time 5K.”
The Arkansas Tech Pre-Med Club is hosting the 5K to aid in purchasing automated external defibrillators to install in buildings on campus and supplement educational funding.
The 5K will be held on Saturday, April 21 at 9 a.m. on the Arkansas Tech campus. The event will begin at Tucker Coliseum and the route will encompass the edges of campus.
Registration is $15 for students and $20 for non-students. Children under the age of 12 may walk for free. Those who register by today will be guaranteed a t-shirt.
Registration forms may be obtained in Student Services, the McEver Biology Office, Tech Fit and Feltner’s Athletic Corner.
Return the completed form and fee to Pre-Med Club President Jake Smith or drop them off to the McEver Biology Office.
