Students may register now for the second annual Health, Physical Education and Wellness Science (HPEWS) Club Pickleball Tournament.
Early registration forms are available in Hull 100 and should be returned to the same location by Wednesday, April 11.
The tournament is scheduled to begin in the Hull double gym at 8 a.m. on Saturday, April 14. Anyone is welcome to participate.
For individuals registering before Wednesday, April 11, the cost to play is $8 for college students with ID and $12 for non-college students. Those who register early may reserve a t-shirt for $10.
For individuals who register after April 11, the cost is $13 for college students and $17 for non-college students. Availability of t-shirts and game play is not guaranteed for people who register after April 11.
Pickleball is a unique sport that combines badminton and tennis. Practice dates are offered for those who have never played or would like to improve their technique.
Two practice clinics will be offered. The first is scheduled for Tuesday, April 3 and the second will be on Thursday, April 12. Both practices will be from 6-8 p.m. in the Hull double gym.
