The Arkansas Tech Percussion Ensemble will take the stage tonight to offer a concert featuring the Arkansas Tech students and alumni.
The performance will include a rendition of “Cryin’ Time,” which will feature Arkansas Tech students and alumni. The piece will highlight Preston Sweeden, Keely Futterer, Carling Futterer and Sean Sweeden.
The ensemble’s performance of “Caprice Valsant” will feature Joseph Gearhart as a xylophone soloist.
Other works planned include “Stained Glass,” “The Martian Tribes,” and “Desert Celebration.”
The concert is set to begin at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday in Witherspoon Auditorium.
There is no cost to attend the performance.
