Arkansas Tech University fans will gather Saturday for tailgating at Centennial Plaza. The festivities will get underway at 3 p.m. with complimentary music and inflatable games. Additionally, the party will include face painting and free snow cones for fans to enjoy. Chartwells, the food service provider at Arkansas Tech, will offer a pre-game tailgating meal that will include tailgating staples. The meal will be available for purchase, and students with a meal plan may enjoy the meal for one swipe. Students, alumni and friends can show their school spirit by being photographed on the green carpet with Jerry the Bulldog. Jerry will be at a tent during the festivities so fans can have their photo taken with him. Participants photographed with Jerry have the opportunity to win a campus stadium blanket. The Arkansas Tech University Alumni Association will also be on hand with a photo booth for fans, and the Arkansas Tech Alumni Association will have homecoming T-shirts available for purchase. Prior to the start of the game, fans will be able to purchase Arkansas Tech apparel from the bookstore location inside the stadium.
