Ozark Music and Culture Festival Comes to Tech

The Ozark Music and Culture Festival will be held Wednesday, Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. in the Doc Bryan Lecture Hall.

This event features traditional Ozark music by the group Harmony and the children’s group Sylamore Crossing.

Additionally, traditional Ozark crafters will also be in attendance selling crafts.

Admission to the event is free for the Tech community and the general public.

This event will be presented by the Committee of 100 and the Ozark Folk Center. It is sponsored by the Arkansas Tech Student Activities Board in conjunction with the First Lady of Arkansas Tech, Mrs. Jill Brown.

 

Ms. Brown has worked with SAB to make arrangements with the Committee of 100 and the Ozark Folk Center to host an event called Ozark Music and Culture Festival on campus.  Here’s the details:
