More than 100 members of the Tech community attended the Ozark Music and Culture Festival yesterday evening in the Doc Bryan Rotunda and Lecture Hall.
This event featured traditional Ozark music by the group Harmony and the children’s group Sylamore Crossing.
Additionally, traditional Ozark crafters were in attendance selling with straw broom making, soap making, cotton spinning and freshly canned preserves.
This event was presented by the Committee of 100 and the Ozark Folk Center. It was sponsored by the Arkansas Tech Student Activities Board in conjunction with the First Lady of Arkansas Tech, Mrs. Jill Brown.
