Ozark Faculty, Staff Honored for Excellence

Faculty and staff awards for the 2016-17 academic year at Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus were announced during spring commencement 2017 at John E. Tucker Coliseum in Russellville.

Debbie McClure of Clarksville (photographed, left) won the Faculty Award of Excellence in the teaching excellence category. A member of the ATU-Ozark faculty since 2007, McClure is a workforce education advanced instructor and program chair in cosmetology.

Lynn Washington of Ozark (not photographed) earned the Faculty Award of Excellence in the teaching service category. Washington is a workforce education instructor and program chair in human services. She has taught at ATU-Ozark since 2012.

Angela Cox of Mulberry (photographed, right) won the Staff Professional Excellence Award. She is an administrative specialist in the ATU-Ozark Office of Student Services.

Bruce Sikes, chancellor of Arkansas Tech-Ozark Campus, presented the awards.
