Arkansas Tech prides itself on its many student clubs and organizations and this week it would like to Spotlight the Chinese Student Association (CSA).

The Chinese Student Association was started at Arkansas Tech in 2008 as a way for Chinese students to get to know one another and feel a connection to not only other international students, but more importantly American students.

CSA holds many events to teach others about its culture and customes such as the Chinese New Year celebration in February.

CSA also will help further enrich the Arkansas Tech campus with its participation in International Education week next week.

CSA is open to all students, whether you are of Chinese decent or not.  Members say that they are always looking for people that want to learn more about the Chinese culture and help spread information about the country and its way of life.

For more information about CSA or other Multicultural Student Organizations visit their website.

Congratulations Chinese Student Association, the “Spotlight” is on you!
