On Track Events This Week

  • Depression Screening & Education Day – Students can receive educational materials on depression and other mental illnesses, hear an educational session on depression, complete a written screening test, discuss the results with a mental health professional and, if necessary, learn where to go for additional help.  The screening will be held Thursday, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in Room 2034 and 204 of the Baswell Techionery.
  • Advance to Career
    • Résumé & Cover Letter Writing Workshop – Discuss appropriate formatting, content and expectations looked for in a résumé.  This workshop will be on Wednesday from 3 – 4 p.m. and Thursday from 5 – 6 p.m in Room 242 of the Doc Bryan Student Services Building.

    • “Whodunnit? Murder Mystery: Problem Solving & Group Process” – Use problem solving skills and collaborate with a group to figure out this classic murder mystery.  Led by Morgan DeBlois, Leadership & Civic Engagement graduate assistant, this challenge will be in on Tuesday from 8 – 9 p.m. in Room 242 of the Doc Bryan Student Services Building.

    • Failure in Leadership, Is This the End? – Learn how to move forward from a mistake and how to avoid future mistakes as student leaders.  Led by Kevin Solomon, associate dean for Campus Life, this session will be Tuesday from 6 – 7 p.m. in Room 242 of the Doc Bryan Student Services Building.

    • Dreams & Disasters Art Show – Take stroll through the Norman Art Gallery and enjoy the works of artist David Bailin.  See the art on Tuesday from 8 – 12 p.m. or 1 – 4:30 p.m. in Norman Hall.
