Arkansas Tech University nursing students had the opportunity to prepare for a nursing career earlier this week.
Representatives from several area hospitals and agencies attended a recruitment fair to meet and connect with Tech students.
Groups taking part in the fair included:

- Baptist Regional Medical Center – Little Rock
- Baptist Regional Medical Center – North Little Rock
- Sparks Health
- Arkansas Children’s Hospital
- Valley Behavioral Health
- Mercy Fort Smith
- CHI St. Vincent Little Rock
- CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs
- Johnson Regional Medical Center
- Washington Regional Medical Center
Earlier this year Arkansas Tech was recognized by Nurse Journal as being in the top 1 percent of nursing programs in the nation.
