Arkansas Tech University student Logan Moore was named second runner up in the Arkansas State Fair Queen competition in Little Rock earlier this month. Moore, a sophomore from Van Buren, garnered enough points during preliminary competition to compete in the final round with 11 other contestants. She earned the right to compete in the fair queen competition after being named the 2014 Pope County Fair Queen. She is also the reigning Miss Arkansas Tech University.
