Thousands of college students throughout the country understand the issues facing the government today and are mobilizing to find solutions to long-debated topics.
The Model United Nations (Model UN) is an organization that allows students to organize and debate about current issues at conferences and events.
Arkansas Tech is in the process of re-starting a Model UN program this semester to compete at a conference in April.
Anyone interested in Model UN should contact Dr. Christopher Housenick at chousenick@atu.edu and attend an organizational meeting at noon on either Tuesday, Jan. 18 or Wednesday, Jan. 19.
