Samantha McKinzie of Sheridan is one of 15 contestants entered in the 2012 Miss Arkansas Tech University Scholarship Pageant, which will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 24, at Witherspoon Auditorium on the Arkansas Tech campus in Russellville.
She is the daughter of Darlene and John McKinzie. Samantha will sing “Boogie Woogie Bugle Buy” for her talent. Creating a future through higher literacy competence is her critical issue. Samantha is sponsored by Sigma Alpha Iota.
