Kristen Hayes of Ozark is one of 15 contestants entered in the 2012 Miss Arkansas Tech University Scholarship Pageant, which will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 24, at Witherspoon Auditorium on the Arkansas Tech campus in Russellville.
Kristen is the daughter of Sheryl and Kevin Shepherd. She will perform a tap dance routine to the tune of “Say Hey (I Love You)” as her talent. Kristen’s critical issue is T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More). She is sponsored by Delta Zeta.
