Kelsey Parmenter of Pea Ridge is one of 15 contestants entered in the 2012 Miss Arkansas Tech University Scholarship Pageant, which will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 24, at Witherspoon Auditorium on the Arkansas Tech campus in Russellville.
She is the daughter of Jerry and Christy Beaver and Brian and Allison Parmenter. Kelsey will offer a vocal performance of “In the Arms of an Angel” as her talent. Her critical issue is including special needs children. Kelsey is sponsored by the Arkansas Tech Agri Club.
