University Marketing and Communication (MARCOMM) has re-branded itself as Arkansas Tech University’s source for meaningful, authentic and strategic content that builds brand affinity and motivates positive partner and constituent response.
Formerly known as the Office of University Relations, MARCOMM has engaged in internal reorganization that will allow it to create a singular client experience.
In addition, MARCOMM has taken three specific steps that will allow it to serve as a better partner for campus entities:
- Development of a production calendar that outlines all major marketing and communication efforts on an annual basis
- Creation of a policies and procedures guide to define the working relationship between MARCOMM and its partners across the university
- Utilization of Robohead (http://atu.robohead.com) as the portal through which university offices may request projects and campaigns
As one step toward full implementation of the above enhancements by Jan. 1, 2017, MARCOMM has scheduled three opportunities for faculty and staff to attend Robohead training.
The training will take place at the following dates and times in Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center room 220:
*Thursday, November 10, 10-11 a.m.
*Friday, November 18, 10-11 a.m.
*Wednesday, November 23, 10-11 a.m.
This schedule represents three offerings of the same training. It is only necessary to attend one session.
