McShane’s focus is on the Allstate account and two of its initiatives — college football sponsorships and motorcycle awareness.

His service to his profession has included serving as a regular speaker for PRSA Charlotte events and writing a blog dedicated to public relations students and young professionals. McShane is a past editor and current columnist for FORUM, the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) newspaper.

During his time as a student at Arkansas Tech, McShane served on the PRSSA national committee. He was also editor and sports editor of the Arka Tech student newspaper while studying journalism and public relations at Arkansas Tech.
