Arkansas Tech University has established maximum capacity visitor days on its Russellville campus for the 2018-19 academic year.
Per policy adopted by the ATU Board of Trustees on March 14, 2018, beginning at midnight the night before maximum capacity visitor days, the Chambers Cafeteria parking lot, student outdoor tabling and the designated free speech areas will be unavailable until 5 p.m. Individuals accustomed to parking at Chambers Cafeteria should plan on seeking other resources on maximum capacity visitor days.
Below are the maximum capacity visitor days for the remainder of the 2018-19 academic year:
*Sept. 20, 2018 (College Planning Program)
*Sept. 29, 2018 (Cross Country Meet)
*Oct. 4, 2018 (FBLA District V Fall Leadership Conference)
*Oct. 20, 2018 (Homecoming/Open House)
*Dec. 14-15, 2018 (Commencement)
*Jan. 24, 2018 (Time Out for Tech)
*March 14, 2019 (FFA Day)
*May 7, 2019 (Move Out Day)
*May 9-11, 2019 (Commencement)
*June 1, 2019 (Jerry’s Juniors)
In addition to the days listed above, other special events such as career fairs may require temporary closure of the Chambers Cafeteria parking lot.
