Arkansas Tech University students seeking help in college algebra and calculus I in advance of fall 2012 final exams will have an opportunity to receive tutoring from Math Club members.
The math tutoring services will be available from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1, in Corley Hall rooms 101 and 102.
Cost will be $10, with proceeds going toward the Math Club’s Pi Day events in March 2013. Those giving and receiving tutoring will be served a free pizza lunch during the event on Dec. 1.
To register for the event, visit Erica Newman, administrative assistant for the Department of Mathematics, in Corley Hall room 201A. Students are encouraged to sign up for the tutoring in advance.
