Arkansas Tech University is nearing the final stages of construction on the M Street Residence Hall, which will house 290 students when it opens this fall. The five-story, 64,170-square foot residence hall will house both male and female students. Located between Wilson Residence Hall and Hughes Residence Hall, the facility will feature a basement lounge and laundry facility. The basement area will allow students to enjoy a lounge seating area while waiting on their laundry. Each floor of the residence hall is also equipped with a lounge space. Additionally, there are 10 bathrooms per floor that will be available for students.
