Livingston to Present Lecture

The Department of History and Political Science will host guest lecturer Dr. Donald Livingston on Tuesday, April 24, as a special lecture series continues.

The presentation is scheduled for 7 p.m. in Rothwell 221.

Livingston will give a lecture titled, “America: Too Big to Fail?”

Among his accolades, Livingston is a professor of philosophy at Emory University, a National Endowment for the Humanities fellow and author of “Hume’s Philosophy of Common Life” and “Philosophical Melancholy and Delirium.”  

At the end of the lecture, students and others in attendance will have the opportunity to ask questions.

Admission to the lectures is free to anyone who would like to attend. This is an installment of the 2011-2012 Guest Lecture Series on Politics, Liberty and Political Economy. The series is funded in part by the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation.
