Doug Karleskint was named the 21st head men’s basketball coach at Arkansas Tech University during a press conference at Russellville Country Club on Friday.
Karleskint succeeds Mark Downey, who resigned on Monday to accept the head coaching position for the men’s basketball program at the University of Charleston in West Virginia.
