The Arkansas Tech University Jazz Ensemble will offer a lunch-time performance in Russellville Downtown on Friday, Oct. 14.
The group will perform the music of Stan Kenton, Dick Fenno, Sean Reed and Thad Jones at Depot Park beginning at noon. Admission will be free and open to the public.
“We are grateful and excited for the opportunity to collaborate with Betsy McGuire and Main Street Russellville to create performances in the beautiful new space at the depot,” said Dr. Sean Reed, director of the Arkansas Tech Jazz Ensemble. “It is very important for us to share our artistry with the community, and we want every performance to serve as an invitation to come and visit us for events on campus as well.”
