The Arkansas Tech University Jazz Ensemble will present a concert featuring a variety of holiday favorites this evening.
The concert will take place in the Witherspoon Building Auditorium on the Arkansas Tech University campus.
The Jazz Ensemble will begin the concert with Glenn Miller’s “Yuletide Medley” The concert also includes arrangements of “Impressions” and “Solar” by John Coltrane and Miles Davis.
Jazz Ensemble members will close the concert with Duke Ellington’s original arrangement of “The Shepherd Who Watches the Night Flock,” which will feature trumpet soloist Jordan Smith.
Admission is free, and the public is invited to attend.
