Italian Dishes Featured Thursday Night

The Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will offer guests a taste of Italy during the Thursday, Oct. 6, edition of its fall 2016 dinner series at Williamson Hall Dining Room.

Reserved seating times are available from 6-7 p.m. Reservations may be made by calling (479) 968-0378 or by sending e-mail to khall18@atu.edu. Members of the campus community and beyond are invited to attend.

Cost for the Oct. 6 meal will be $19.95 per person (plus tax). All gratuities are invested in the Walters-Williams Scholarship.

Balsamic Bruschetta (Toasted French Baguette Topped with a Mixture of Fresh Diced Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, Roasted Garlic, Olive Oil, Shaved Parmesan Cheese and Balsamic Drizzle)

Soup
Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini (Classic Italian Soup with Sweet Italian Sausage and Cheese Tortellini in Chicken Broth)

Entrée
Chicken Parmesan (Fried Parmesan-Herb Breaded Chicken Breast Topped with Fresh Marinara Sauce and Melted Italian Cheese; Served with Spaghetti and Fresh Garlic Bread)
Or
Chicken Carbonara (A Grilled Chicken Breast Served with Seasoned Fettuccini in a Creamy Parmesan Sauce Topped with Crispy Crumbled Bacon; Served with fresh Garlic Bread)
