Arkansas Tech University’s Katie Huff was named Great American Conference volleyball offensive player of the week on Tuesday, Nov. 10.
Huff, a senior middle blocker from Springdale, made 22 kills and only five attack errors in 39 attempts last week while helping the Golden Suns earn GAC wins over the University of Arkansas-Monticello and Southern Arkansas University.
Her award marks the ninth time during the 2015 season that an Arkansas Tech student-athlete has captured a GAC volleyball weekly honor.
