Arkansas Tech University students are invited to an On Track Aspiring Leader track event entitled “Servant Leadership: How Are You Serving as a Leader?” on Monday, April 1.
The informational session will begin at 3 p.m. in Doc Bryan Student Services Center room 247.
Servant leadership is defined by the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership as a “philosophy and set of practices that enriches the lives of individuals, builds better organizations and ultimately creates a more just and caring world.”
According to information provided by the ATU Department of Campus Life, the April 1 event will be a discussion about how servant leadership can bring about positive, transformational change within an organization.
The conversation will be led by Aubrey Holt, ATU assistant dean for campus life.
