Hospitality Society Wins Involvement Fair Competition

Arkansas Tech organizations showcased who they are and what they are about at the Involvement Fair on Monday night hosted by theLink and Gold Cabinet.

Organizations were able to recruit and inform new students and returning students about their clubs and how one can get involved.

As an incentive to get more organizations to show up organizers created a competition with a prize of $200 that would go into the winning organization’s campus agency account.

The competition was based on what organizational booth showed the most Tech Spirit.

This semester’s winner was the Hospitality Society.

The Hospitality Society gave away green cotton candy to visitors, and they all wore matching lime green shirts with gold pineapples to set themselves apart.

Advisor to the Gold Cabinet and theLink, Aubrey Holt was pleased with the turnout at the involvement fair this year.  She said that it was great to see the campus and the community come together to help students get involved and show their Tech pride.
