Hospitality Program Plans Pick-Up Lunch for March 14

St. Patrick’s Day will be the theme when the Arkansas Tech University hospitality administration program hosts a pick-up lunch on Monday, March 14.

The meal will feature classic Irish beef stew with mashed potatoes. Each portion will come with a house salad with ranch dressing and a choice between a Bailey’s Irish cupcake or brownie trifle for dessert. Beverage choices are tea, lemonade or water.

Cost is $10 per meal. Diners may pick up their meals at Williamson Hall from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
