Jessica Holloway was selected by the Arkansas Tech Board of Trustees on Thursday to become the next director of the university purchasing department.
Holloway (photographed) will become purchasing project/program manager effective July 1. She will succeed Beth Foster, who is retiring at the end of the fiscal year following 40 years on staff at Arkansas Tech.
A member of the Tech staff for 14 years, Holloway worked in the Tech Bookstore from 1997-2001 and in the purchasing department from 2001-present.
Holloway holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture business from Arkansas Tech. She has completed an additional 250 hours in continuing education through the State of Arkansas Office of Procurement in Little Rock.
