Dr. Terry Trevino-Richard will provide the 2018 Hispanic Heritage Month keynote lecture at Arkansas Tech University on Wednesday, Oct. 10.
His remarks will begin at 7 p.m. in Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center room 300. Admission will be free and open to the public.
Trevino-Richard is professor emeritus of sociology at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock and past state director for the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC).
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in sociology and anthropology from the University of North Texas.
The event is hosted by the ATU Department of Diversity and Inclusion.
