The Arkansas Tech Health and Wellness Center is offering a special opportunity for students, faculty and staff to have important aspects of their health checked.
On Thursday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., members of the Tech community are invited to stop by the Health and Wellness Center for a nurse to check their Body Mass Index (BMI), blood pressure and cholesterol.
The Health and Wellness Center is located in Dean Hall 126. Appointments are not required for this special offering.
This special event is hosted in honor of American Heart Month sponsored by the American Heart Association. The goal of the February campaign is to educate Americans about how to live heart-healthy lives.
