Drive-thru service adds to the convenience of Thursday night dinners prepared by hospitality administration students at Arkansas Tech University.

Week two of the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration fall 2021 drive-thru dinner series will feature the tastes of the Aloha State.

The menu for Thursday, Sept. 30, will include a choice of vegetable egg roll or house garden salad for a starter; a choice of grilled Hawaiian shrimp kabobs or Hawaiian barbecue chicken for an entree; and either cream puffs or Hawaiian dream trifle for dessert.

Meals may be reserved in advance by calling (479) 968-0378 or sending e-mail to smcdowall@atu.edu.

Meals will be available from 5-6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 30, at 404 N. El Paso Ave. in Russellville. Cost will be $15 per meal (tax included). Cash, check, debit card and credit card will be accepted forms of payment.

The dinners are staffed by ATU students in the advanced food preparation and guest services classes.
