Arkansas Tech University students will have the opportunity to give back to Tech and the Russellville community next month when the Office of Campus Life holds the third annual Green and Gold Give Back Day.
The event is set for Saturday, November 14, and it will run from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., Tech students will provide service at a variety of area organizations.
Organizations taking part include:
- Paint the Valley/Main Street Russellville
- Equestrian Zone
- ARVAC Food Bank
- Head Start/Save the Children
- Center for Service Learning
- Freedom House
Participating Tech students will receive breakfast, lunch and a free T-shirt.
The day of the event, students should arrive at the Doc Bryan Rotunda at 8:45 a.m. to check in, and participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
