Students serving as graduate assistants are learning more about their responsibilities as campus leaders.
The Arkansas Tech University Graduate College is hosting two orientation sessions for graduate assistants before classes begin on Wednesday.
The training sessions will take place in Room 215 of Dean Hall on Monday, August 26 at 10 a.m. and Tuesday, August 27 at 5 p.m.
As part of the orientation sessions, graduate assistants will meet other assistants and learn more about the various resources available to Tech students. Expectations of graduate students will also be covered during the sessions. Each session will last approximately one hour and will help students become more comfortable in their role as university leaders. Visit the Graduate College website to learn more.
