Southeastern Oklahoma State swept a Great American Conference softball doubleheader from the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns in Durant, Okla., on Saturday.
The Savage Storm (22-12 overall, 14-4 GAC) defeated the Golden Suns 11-3 and 6-1.
With the wins, Southeastern Oklahoma State extended its winning streak to seven consecutive games and strengthened its hold on first place in the GAC softball standings.
Hayley Hudson went 1-for-3 with a home run and three runs batted in for Arkansas Tech (11-15, 5-7) in game one.
Hudson had three hits in the nightcap, while Victoria Huie and Ashton Long added two hits apiece.
The Golden Suns and the Savage Storm will complete their four-game GAC softball series by playing a doubleheader at 11 a.m. Sunday in Durant.
