Arkansas Tech University’s cross country team finished seventh at the 2018 Great American Conference Championships on Saturday at Edmond, Okla.
The Golden Suns accumulated 206 points. Oklahoma Baptist University placed five runners in the top seven and won the team title with a score of 21.
Halle Gilreath (29th, 20:11.9), Aubre Gilreath (36th, 20:30.3), Brynn Elliott (59th, 21:22.2), Shannon McLaughlin (68th, 21:58.4), Mallory White (74th, 22:17.0), Maddy Hubbard (78th, 22:37.8), Megan Bradley (79th, 22:39.0), Astrid Christensen (86th, 22:58.5), Adrianna Simmons (105th, 24:39.1) and Raven Turner (120th, 26:54.5) represented ATU in the meet.
The Golden Suns will conclude their 2018 season by competing in the NCAA Division II Central Region Championships on Saturday, Nov. 17, in Joplin, Mo.
