Arkansas Tech University is ranked 17th in the final USA Today Sports NCAA Division II women’s basketball poll of the 2015-16 season.
Head coach Dave Wilbers and the Golden Suns were 27-4 overall and 21-1 in Great American Conference play during the recently completed season. They won the GAC regular season championship and GAC Tournament title before advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
Arkansas Tech was ranked in every national poll released by the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association during the 2015-16 basketball season.
