An efficient offensive attack enabled Arkansas Tech University to defeat East Central University 25-18, 25-10, 25-20 in Great American Conference volleyball at Tucker Coliseum in Russellville on Saturday.
The Golden Suns (14-7 overall, 6-1 GAC) had a season-low six attack errors and their .385 team hitting percentage on Saturday was their second-highest of the season.
Arkansas Tech won its sixth consecutive match and remained tied with Oklahoma Baptist University (12-8, 6-1) for first place in the GAC standings.
Hunter Eshnaur (14 kills), Sarah Rosinke (18 assists) and Madison Nagel (15 digs) were among the Golden Suns’ individual leaders against ECU.
Arkansas Tech will travel to Alva, Okla., for a 6 p.m. GAC match against Northwestern Oklahoma State University on Friday, Oct. 14.
