The Golden Suns (20-7 overall, 8-1 GAC) earned their 11th win in their last 13 matches and pulled within one-half match of idle Harding University (19-6, 8-0) for first place in the GAC volleyball standings.
Carly Florian made 17 kills, Brittany Ryan notched 12 kills and Kaitlyn White added 10 kills for Arkansas Tech. Amber Cerrillos had 48 assists and Morgan McKellar recorded 19 digs.
Kaydee Yukawa was credited with 14 assists and 13 digs for Northwestern Oklahoma State (1-22, 0-10).
The Golden Suns will host the University of Arkansas-Monticello for a 7 p.m. GAC match at Tucker Coliseum on Tuesday, Oct. 23. Admission will be free.
