Individuals interested in being part of the Arkansas Tech Spirit Squads have an opportunity to audition for the Arkansas Tech Golden Girls.
The dance team will host tryouts on Tuesday, July 17 for the upcoming academic year.
Prior to auditioning for a spot on the dance team, participants will be able to attend a clinic where they will learn tryout material. The clinic runs from noon until 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, and the tryout begins at 3 p.m.
In addition to the audition process, those interested will also interview for a position.
To be eligible to audition, students are must pay a $25 clinic fee and be considered full-time students with a cumulative 2.0 GPA. Entering freshmen must meet entrance requirements of the university.
