Gocio Named Information Specialist at Ozark

Charles Gocio is the new public information specialist for Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus.
 
Gocio will serve as the primary media contact for Arkansas Tech-Ozark Campus. He will disseminate news releases and aid in the promotion of Arkansas Tech-Ozark Campus across a broad range of platforms.

Laura Rudolph, who previously served as director of public and external relations, will remain with Arkansas Tech-Ozark Campus as director of community outreach.

Gocio holds Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in English and psychology.

He is on track to receive a Master of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in December
2011.

A three-time Arkansas Press Association award winner for his newspaper reporting, Gocio has served on the staffs of The Saline Courier in Benton, The Sentinel-Record in Hot Springs and the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Three Rivers, Tri-Lakes and River Valley and Ozark editions.
