KATV to Broadcast Live at Arkansas Tech

Arkansas Tech and the Arkansas River Valley will be featured on television station KATV next week.  The television station will broadcast live from Russellville multiple times on Tuesday, April 27, as part of the Arkansas Heritage Month Road Trip.

KATV will broadcast live from Rothwell Hall for their morning shows beginning at 6 a.m. on Tuesday.  Tech officials say they hope to have a crowd of Tech students and fans on hand in their Tech apparel throughout the broadcasts.

As part of the morning show, Dr. Robert C. Brown, president of Arkansas Tech University, will be interviewed by one of the KATV reporters.

After the morning shows, KATV will broadcast live from the Russellville Depot from 5-6 p.m. Tuesday evening.

Viewers in Russellville will be able to watch the newscast on Channel 7.
