The Arkansas Tech University Graduate College will hold its Graduate Assistant orientation sessions at 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 20, and at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 21, in Tomlinson Hall.
The session is a way for the Tech Graduate Assistants to meet and learn of all the resources available to them. During the orientation, they will learn what is expected of them as a graduate student by not only their departments, but the Graduate College as well.
The orientation session will also help the students become more comfortable in their role as student teachers.
Each session is expected to last about an hour.
