Students from the Arkansas Tech University hospitality administration program are planning a fundraising dinner to help cover costs associated with upcoming conferences. The “Williamson’s Six-Course Tasting Menu” dinner will take place on Tuesday, April 21, in Williamson Hall Dining Room. Reserved seating times are 6-8 p.m. Cost will be $25 per person for adults and $15 per person for children under age 13. Proceeds from the dinner will help defray travel expenses and conference registration costs for Arkansas Tech hospitality students presenting research at the Korean American Hospitality and Tourism Educator Conference in Las Vegas, as well as those attending the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago.
