A presentation was given about the Freedom of Information Act in the Doc Bryan Lecture Hall on the Arkansas Tech campus today.
All members of the community were invited to attend and learn more about the Freedom of Information Act.
Speakers at the presentation included Cheryl Hall, Ryan Owsley and Beth Walker of the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office.
The event was sponsored by the Russellville Courier in conjunction with the Arkansas Governor’s Office, Arkansas Attorney General’s Office, Arkansas Press Association, Arkansas Broadcasters Association, The Society of Professional Journalists, Associated Press Broadcasters Association, Associated Press Managing Editors, and Arkansas News Bureau.
