Arkansas Tech students needing financial assistance for the 2012-13 academic year have until next Thursday to apply for several scholarships through the Arkansas Tech Foundation.
Students wishing to be considered for a general scholarship should submit one general scholarship application in order to be considered for all general private scholarships through the Arkansas Tech Foundation. See the general scholarships.
Additionally, scholarships are also offered for students in specific majors. See the list of major-specific scholarships. These scholarships require a separate application that should be submitted to the various departments.
Officials say there are a variety of scholarships awarded each year for students in most majors.
Both scholarship applications are available online through the Office of Development, and they can be accessed here.
All scholarship packets must be received by Thursday, March 15, in order to be considered for the scholarships.
