Area athletes will have the opportunity to take part in two camps this week to improve their skills in football.
Athletes are already on the Tech campus for the annual line camp. During the camp, tight ends, linebackers, offensive and defensive linemen will cover a variety of skills to help players succeed on the field this fall. The camp runs through Wednesday.
On Saturday, Arkansas Tech will host a skills camp for seniors. The camp provides testing and evaluation of football skills to college eligible seniors. The Arkansas Tech football staff will monitor the camp. The camp runs from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Registration begins at 8 a.m., and the cost of the camp is $40.
